Jonathan E. Farber
Jonathan is a founding member of Passive Capital Management, LLC. Prior to founding PCM, he was a Managing Director in Institutional Equity Sales at Wachovia Securities in Baltimore from 2002 to 2006. He was also a Managing Director at Deutsche Bank Securities and its predecessors Banker’s Trust Alex. Brown and Alex. Brown & Sons from 1989 to 2002. For the past nineteen years, he has provided institutional equity research to institutions in Boston, New York, Philadelphia, Milwaukee and Chicago. His top clients included Fidelity, Massachusetts Financial Services, State Street Research, Artisan Partners, Northwestern Mutual Life, Strong/Wells Fargo Capital Management and BlackRock. Jonathan graduated magna cum laude from Oregon State University in 1979.
Scott D. Reinhardt, CFA
Scott is a founding member of Passive Capital Management, LLC. Prior to founding PCM, he worked at RJR Associates in Syracuse, NY and provided investment advisory services to institutions and individuals. He began his finance career as an investment banking analyst working on corporate financings at Alex. Brown & Sons in Baltimore, MD. He then worked in the Equity Capital Markets divisions of Deutsche Bank and Wachovia Securities in Baltimore and Boston. Scott completed the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) program in 2001 and graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Princeton University.

While at Princeton, Scott was a member of the 1992 and 1994 NCAA Division I National Championship lacrosse teams.
Mimi H. Boblitz
Mimi has over 30 years of Wall Street experience including her most recent tenure with Brown Advisory as a marketing associate in Baltimore, MD. She began her career with a local retail brokerage firm learning all aspects of administration and operations. Mimi later joined Alex. Brown & Sons, then America’s oldest investment banking firm. During her 20 years there, she focused on International institutional accounts and was instrumental in opening branch offices in London, Geneva, Paris and Tokyo. After Alex. Brown & Sons, Mimi joined First Union Securities, now called Wachovia Securities.
Thomas A. Geddes
Tom is a native of the UK who first came to the United States as a Morehead Scholar at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, where he studied political and economic globalization and the final years of the British Empire. After graduating with highest honors, Tom went on to earn masters degrees from Cambridge University in England and Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, MD. Tom has a decade of experience in the nonprofit sector, most recently as Director of Development at St. Paul’s School for Girls, and he holds a Certificate in Nonprofit Management from Georgetown University. At Passive Capital Management, LLC Tom works with individual clients, and also uses his considerable experience in the nonprofit sector to address the specific needs of family foundations and institutional endowments.

Tom has traveled widely in Europe, Africa and the United States, and has a particular interest in Zimbabwe, where he helped to establish a scholarship for talented but underprivileged children to attend high school. His most recent connection with Africa was a leadership role on the steering committee for Archbishop Desmond Tutu's visit to Baltimore in 2008.
